  The Concourse: backward and slowww but good l

  only one cargo lift serves this entire tall building, your delivery will forever be late. go out for lunch don't bother taking cargo lift even if it is nearer your office unit. will traffic jam. remember to put a note when ordering food delivery also. your food confirm become stone cold steve austin waiting for the lift. anyway, another old thing is that you must remember your ID for registration if visiting. mafan. location fantastic though, full marks for that aspect. just want to rant here haha

  beautiful view and convenient

  The Concourse has a beautiful view of the SG waterfront, and it is also in a convenient place downtown. love coming here and the view just makes boring work more bearable. a lot of food around so not to worry, look at it at night, the building is a lovely beacon

  parking and pass

  if coming to Concourse for work purpose, try to take a Grab or park further away and walk if you can. this is because the carpark and parking is a bit confusing, especially the staircase. also make sure you double-check your pass, as those holding contractor pass cannot use visitor lift. just note for a smooth visit to this beautiful building!
