Most units come with very ceiling allowing furniture deck to be built. Probably the only hybrid SOHO concept apartment in Singapore. Some units enjoy totally unblocked views of the Singapore River.
It’s a great place to hang out. A couple of beers, a river cruise, delicious food at The Central and back to our hotel by the end of the day. There’s an endless amount of shopping to be done. The Central is just so convenient, has all the restaurants, bars, shopping centres and more, plus the MRT station is right outside to connect commuters to other parts of the island.
I own a restaurant at The Central. Since Clarke Quay is busy all the time, I’ve got to keep my kitchen running non-stop. Business is great, especially since many residents living nearby end up dropping by regularly. Boat Quay and Raffles Place are a short walk away.
The Central at Clarke Quay is strategically located near the MRT station, ensuring a high footfall at all times. I regularly dine and do my grocery shopping here. There are plenty of restaurants that serve affordably priced dishes. You’ll find something that suits your tastes.
