  wealth of space!

  space is awesome at SkyPark Residences. my 3BR is already over 1,200 sqft and there are 4BR and 5BR units reaching 1,722 sqft. wide balconies on every floor plan too, love it.

  best SBW EC

  SkyPark Residences is like the best sembawang ec. don't feel like leaving home ever since i moved here, because there are so many facilities like pools, kids spa, bbq and the lovely rooftop garden, airy open spaces, fantastic neighbours who share with each other and my spacious unit.

  Living here has been an amazing experience! The management team is exceptionally friendly and flexible, making it easy to resolve any issues—something you don’t always find elsewhere. The condo is impeccably clean and modern, with well-maintained facilities that enhance the living experience. It’s also incredibly quiet and peaceful, offering the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The neighbors here are very friendly and welcoming, which creates a warm community vibe. Residents are also considerate, especially in the carpark, where drivers are courteous and make it a pleasant experience for everyone. Overall, this condo truly stands out as a fantastic place to live. Highly recommended!

  Big swimming pools

  Went to attend my nephew's birthday party at the function room here and got the chance to tour the condo. The swimming pools are hugeeee. I'm so happy for my nephew because he loves splashing in the pool

  Bigger sized condo

  Apparently, this is one of the condos in sembawang that offer more interior space. It also has swimming pools, bbq pits, function rooms etc. Sounds very attractive to me and families with kids

  Poor lighting for tennis court

  Super upset that the tennis court is not well lit. This limits your time to use to court to day time, which can be hard to come by especially on weekends.
