The Kaki Bukit MRT station (Downtown Line) is within a 5-minute walk, and a number of bus stops are located right outside the compound, making commuting highly convenient. This easy access to public transport is a significant advantage not found in many other industrial areas. Proximity to Housing Estates: The park is located near existing housing areas, such as the HDB flats around Bedok Reservoir Road, providing businesses with convenient access to a local labour supply and offering employees nearby housing options. Future Growth Potential: The area is poised for significant future appreciation and development due to the long-term plan to redevelop the nearby Paya Lebar Air Base from the 2030s onwards.

  Shun li ind pk

  We are in shunli for the past 12 years and I can say that this is one of the best industrIal estate. The parking is free and the management is doing a great job. The road are wide and there is no parking problem. Having own a 3 storey terrace factory, we have recently acquire a 4 storey unit. With the upcoming MRT right next to it, getting staff will not be an issue.
