Super convenient with public transport
Sceneca Residences got good potential. It’s right next to Tanah Merah MRT, so getting around is super easy.. and those who work in CBD can easily get there by public transport, no excuses! I saw at the preview the condo itself got cool stuff like a 50m pool and a gym, and looks like got this modern vibe.. I like. The 99-year lease is the only downside, but overall, it feels like a great spot to live. The shopping here at the Sceneca Residences mall looks promising aswell. -

Sceneca attractive for parents like me!
Many parents just need everything to be quick and fast to save time. as one myself, i'm eyeing the new Sceneca Residence mall cuz its near Tanah Merah MRT and there will also be other retail and food tenants on level 1 so i can shop to my heart's content. nearby also got several schools so there's something for me to do before picking up my child.. can also take MRT a few stops reach Bedok, Paya Lebar, Tampines and even airport for Jewel! better tell hubby to buy a unit here too so I can do all my shopping in one spot liao! -

Drawing an eastie crowds
I guess if you're an eastsider and wanna remains in the east but don't wanna stay in over crowded Tampines, the upcoming Sceneca Residence might be a good choice. Tanah Merah MRT is basically right at your doorstep (connected by a linkway) and there's also a retail mall on level 1 so you don't have to venture too far. Also good for those working at Changi biz park. This bodes good biz too for mall tenants -
