  We rented here before moving in to our new place. Never-ending the noise from the road, its like we are blocking them for the estate given we are next to cte. Those unit facing other side will be better. The pool is horrible, having the pool ontop of the carpark s

  Nice Place to Stay with family

  Love this area, condo facilities pretty well maintain. Places very convenience, coffee shop and super market just in a walk distance like 3min.

  Nice Condo with 999 yrs

  Located at city fridge and there is under pass beside to reach all amenities. Nice view but there is noice and dust from highway. However, glass windows and door can protect them..

  Nice Condo with 999 yrs

  Even located in deep inside, there is under pass to reach all amenities. Downtowm area and nice view. Noice and dust can be lesser in high floor and protected by the glass door.

  The condo too small size for a 3 bedder

  Put a bed in the room and you cant even walk. Swimming pool also not that great.

  Seems nice but noise from CTE

  Pros fittings and all are nicely done. Place looks new. Cons. NOise and dust from highway. You'll notice the things at the common area are very dusty. Located deep and at a jam packed area.

  This is the cheapest 999 year condo nicely located at D12. Less than a 10 min drive to CBD/Town.
