  Great hidden gem of D9

  Superbly convenient location: close to Killiney Rd eateries, Orchard Rd belt shopping centres and other amenities. Quiet serene location: hidden off major roads, cannot hear traffic noises. Modern timeless exterior design: all-glass front facade will never age and will always look clean. Bright hotel-like interiors: all-glass windows ensure unit is very bright. Large bathrooms with separate sub-rooms. Large bedrooms.

  Residences @ 338a

  Nicely appointed luxury units. The condo is set-back in quiet cul-de-sac off River Valley Road. Extremely attractive location with front road access to River Valley Road and back gate access to Killiney Road where there is a major supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, dry-cleaners, and excellent local food and restaurants a short walk away. A 10 minute walk to Orchard Road (Orchard Central, Centrepoint etc) and a 12 minute walk to Takashimaya, Paragon. Somerset MRT is a 10 minute walk and major bus routes are at your doorstep along River Valley Road.
