The comfort of Punggol
I initially hesitated to move to Punggol as it is located pretty far out of the city center. Nevertheless, since moving to Prive, I have never regretted my decision to stay here. I value the strict and thus reliable security that Prive offers, and the well-maintained facade and facilities in this estate. As a mother with young children, I also value Prive’s close proximity (within 1km radius) to Mee Toh School, which is one of the reputable primary schools in District 19. Its location is also ideal with an LRT just at my doorstep and Punggol MRT located 5 mins walk away. This is not to forget the extensive amenities that surround this estate: Safra Punggol, One Punggol and the upcoming Punggol Sports Centre. My stay has been extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend this estate! -

Lovely Haven
Conveniently located within 5-7mins walk to MRT bus interchange and Waterway Point. Yet we are rather away from road noises. Nice, spacious and well maintained development. Common to see kids having fun playing and running about, adults taking strolls in the evenings, some doing exercises or having good bonding time with their dogs etc. This is a lovely haven for me and my family. -

Good location, Terrible Management
Walking distance to WWP and eateries nearby. Considering this is an older EC, size is bigger than the newer ones around. Management is terrible. They go by rules that constantly change without informing residents. Especially on car parking. If you are used to having a relaxed management/rules then this might not be the best fit for you. -

close to amenities, good location
This condo has good location and good size layout. for the pool facing stacks, the distance between the opposite blocks are of good distance, not too close, that u can see what your opposite neighbour is watching on tv. Like that it is close to TPE exit yet, not too close that u can hear the highway noise. -

Conveniently Located
Condo is located near to the MRT, waterway mall and multiple supermarkets. Very convenient to get things done on a day to day basis. Amenities are also excellently maintained. Neighbours are friendly and nice. A real kampung feeling to this place. -

Huge EC of 680 units. Not too near yet not to
Huge EC of 680 units. Not too near yet not too far to mrt station. Peppered with some amenities around. A little densed. -

Don't expect much
Ideal for small family HDB upgrader. Interior space very small compared to those in Sengkang EC. Not worth a $mil that requires more than 7mins walk to MRT -

Prive, hidden GEM
Have been living here quite a while and away from the interchange/mrt noise but near enough to walk there cos only less than 8 mins. Left right centre you can find many amenities: Sheng Siong, NTUC, Ang Mo, few coffee shops and Waterway point mall etc.. Nearby punggol park connector for cycling and family fun at the park.. Reputable school such as Mee Toh primary within 1 km.. Huge space inside condo with many swimming pools. It's definitely a hidden GEM that has yet to be discovered! -

Crown jewel in flagship new town
Privé is the first executive condominium in Punggol. As such, it occupies the best location when compared to later launches, within 5 - 7 mins walk to Punggol MRT station, and drivers have direct access to TPE Punggol Road entrance/exit. Even when nestled in a neighbourhood of high-rise private and public housings, Privé still exudes its charm with a mix of balcony configurations that provides the muscular and suave façade, setting the development apartment from cookie cutter blocks nearby. The four towers are all north-south facing, and the configuration promotes breezy airflows through the lungs of the estate. Layout of facilities is rectangular and logical, and the simplicity is much appreciated by residents and visitors alike. Condominium facilities include three swimming pools (50m lap, lagoon pool, children's splash pool), two BBQ pits, a clubhouse with function rooms and gym, a tennis court, beautiful landscaping and greenery in the estate, as well as basement carpark with secured access. Although the standard offerings provide little surprise, maintenance is also reasonable for well thought out and useful facilities. Overall, Privé is a suburban development that is hard to beat for location, character and practicality. Value is well-supported by surrounding private developments, and capital appreciation potential will come from ongoing realization of Punggol21+ masterplan. This is a crown jewel in the Singapore government's flagship town developed to showcase innovation and liveability. -
