  Chill while waiting for my kid

  I don't live at ParkSuites, but the commercial units at the ground floor is really a lifesaver when I'm waiting for my kid to finish school at Henry Park primary school, or when she is playing at the Henry Park playground. Used to wait at the park and be bitten by the mozzies with nothing to do, but after this was built in 2023, now I can do my shopping, drink my coffee, while waiting. It's more productive and I might consider moving here if my kid is not already P5 now.

  ParkSuites is self-sufficient

  Beyond just being a condo to live in, ParkSuites also has a complex of shops on the ground floor that include groceries, convenience store, cafe, and even a wine shop. This adds to the convenience of the development as you don't need to step so far away from home to get what you need. Beside, there's also the park with a kids playground, swings... literally living within a park!

  Tranquil home in D10

  ParkSuites is in a good location, just beside Henry Park, which makes it a tranquil home in D10. Nice apartment, quiet place as I WFH. Just completed in 2023, the interior is sleek and new, and the complex has mall shops for convenience.
