  Old condo, large units but poor management

  The condo is in the midst of a never ending lift upgrade and it makes movement very difficult for residents especially the elderly and those with kids. Lightings are slow to be repaired, the underground parking floods during rain and inter floor leakages are common. Past positive reviews are probably by agents and those who have never lived in the condo. There are better options nearby and the management should do better. If not, council should consider new personnels.

  Good location, aging and needs more care

  Condo has good facilities. Given that it is more than 2 decades old, expect to pay more, especially if you are in unit in original condition. Note for low rise units that faces road and frequent fumigations from neighbouring condos. Facilities are good but old. Management office is very friendly and reliable. Overall, good for both local and overseas students staying given the location. It is between Newton and Stevens, so nearest amenities is around 15mins walk away.

  Good location with need for upkeeping and mor

  Relatively old condo with acceptable facilities that can be upgraded. Note for low rise units that faces road - they have frequent mosquito fumigation and noise. Limited sunlight into master bedrooms and easily mould. The management is easily contactable and friendly. Location is good if you drive, else it takes more effort to locate and find other amenities such as bus stop and food.

  Palm Spring

  Beautiful area which is spacious and cozy. Area is very quiet tranquil. Large swimming pool is very enjoyable. Would definitely rent again

  Community oriented, gem of a condo in prime l

  Great condo for families with small kids. The pool area is very resort like. Older condo, but upkeep is great. Nice sized condos, each one with its own unique style.

  Within 1 km to good schools like ACS and SCGS. Huge living area and master bed room.

  PALM SPRING

  This condominium development is tucked in quiet part of Ewe Boon Road. The land is huge and gives one a resort feel. Near to good schools like ACS and SCGS. This condo is more than a decade old so looks like it needs some refurbishment. Otherwise, a good place to stay and to invest in.
