  low density freehold in geylang

  one of the residential options in geylang that is not too expensive and houses only 56 units. feels homely, and bus stop / mrt all within 5min walk. great for kids, with schools, coffeeshop, 24h food all around. just that sometimes wish the facility maintenance can step up more.

  old sch vibe at Palm Lodge

  feels like slow moving area at Geylang Lor 37, and many elderly living here in Palm Lodge. step into the past with this retro condo, but nothing is bad. in fact it is very convenient with mrt at doorstep and lots of amenities like hawker and ntuc all around

  aged look but inside all good

  built in 1992, Palm Lodge is over 30 years old so looks a bit dated from the outside. however inside is all good despite the age. space is big so after renovation my unit inside looks modern n new
