  Here to stay :)

  Overall happy. Swimming pool is great too. Gym, if bigger, would be better. Management is good. They listen and get things done.

  Nice project

  Viewed few other condos nearby. The developer really makes difference. It's well maintained than any other condos. All rooms are quite sizable. Quiet and peaceful place.

  The townhouses are actually impressive on account of the layout, number of townhouses spread over vast land. some townhouses do enjoy reasonably nice views given that it is built on a slope.

  Value for $$$

  Good for investment and to stay instead of paying more for freehold property nearby. Nice architectural design and finishes compared to other new launches nearby. Direct feeder bus services to Expo Station & Changi City Point.

  Cramped

  Went to the show suites and saw the 3D model of the development. It is really cramped! Some stacks are very close to one another. The facilities of the development are normal. Some 3bedroom (990sq ft) layout is strange, causing many sharp corners in the unit. Prices for 3 bedroom start from $776k, but units for this stack (stack4) aren't the best facing, thus the lower prices. For other units, prices is comparable to Hedges Park next door.
