Been here for almost 5 years and management g
Unethical management style that doesn't do any maintenance for building, cracks floors, walls and even off all Air con in all lobby and lights in carparks and corridor by half just so they can save money. Sold carpark lots to dealers causing season holders to have no lots. Selling Level 1 lots to Bus shuttles to earn more money and even less lots for tenants. One of the worse management in commercial building. Locked all levels handicap toilet for 4 years and lift breaks down weekly. -

Poor Property Management
Lifts always on service or faulty. Long waiting time. Management does not allow throwing of bulky items in the dumpster. The building number is very confusing. Anyone coming to this location first time will definitely be lost. Delivery riders & drivers always end up at the wrong place. -

Poor Signage
This is a new building however it has really poor layout and direction signage. Lobby Number cannot been seen , as the building management used A4 white paper instead to tap on pillar/wall. Not one complain but many visitors had the same bad experience -- hell of problem to find unit in these few blocks. -
