One of the older, full facilities and freehold condo in that area, 4 minutes walk to Potong Pasir MRT station and psf is about $1300 for sale. -

Condo looks old
Been renting in this condo for 1.5 yrs. Still got half more years to go. Location is good but pity that this condo maintain poorly. Felt a waste that unit does not comes with balcony and no full height windows so can't enjoy the scenery well. Much space is wasted to the bay windows in every corner of the house. Finishing wise, belongs to the old generation style. For rental is fine. Seems more new condo is coming up. Hope to find another good new condo to rent. -

Close to the City
I like to live here because it is convenient, close to the city and the transportation is easy. Shops, eateries and malls are also very close. Overall, it is a nice place to live. Nice neighborhood. I like it here. After few years now, i think the building exterior needs to be repainted for fresher look. -

Convenient
We have recently move in to One Leicester and we love it as our unit faces the City View (living and all bedrooms) as one of our criteria is city facing. We can see fireworks during special occasions! One of the main reasons we choose One Leicester is location (near MRT - 3 min walk) and freehold. With the opening of Woodsville Interchange, the traffic here is much smoother! Driving to town only take us 10mins and if we are tired of driving, we just take a train to either NEX or City Square (2 stops only). Our neighbours here mainly are owners occupied and friendly! -

Strategic and Convenient FH Condo near MRT
What i like much about this One Leicester condo is not only it is a large Freehold condo in the area that is near MRT, but this condo is still pretty much strategically located in the central of Singapore. To go to Orchard-Somerset by MRT is a breeze. It is only 5-6 stops away; the same as if have to go to downtown City Hall or Raffles Place (via Dhoby Ghaut). Good for me that I don't have to wait (or stand) too long inside the MRT during the rush hour. This condo is very close to Potong Pasir MRT (just a short 3 min walk), and prestigiously located near the intersection of Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Central Expressway (CTE) – but I think I use more MRT than my car :). To take a bus is also very easy and convenient because the condo is very close to bus stops (a short walk). One bus stop is even just outside the gate. I love to eat, there are many places to eat in PP area. Going to NEX mall (lots of restaurants, movies, shops and supermarkets) by MRT only takes 2-3 min ride. About the condo itself, i think the condo is very well managed and maintained. The finishing is good and all the windows have good insulation too. Condo facilities are good, would be nice if there is a sauna ;). My kitchen is separate and have good ventilation to the outside, so when we cook, the smell/smoke doesn't intrude to our dining room, living room or bedroom. Potong Pasir for me is a peaceful and very nice neighborhood. Yes, One Leicester is indeed a big project Freehold condo that is very near the MRT. Not many to find such that is near MRT. -

One Leicester - Not for Peace and Quiet
Finishing is good, but unfortunately the development is very common areas are noisy due to the expressway. -

One Leicester Condo
Backgate 3mins walk direct to St.Andrew Village-kindergarten,Primary,Secondary and JC.Save 16 yrs of transportation fees. 5mins walk to Potong pasir Mrt with shops,food,market,CC...etc. Very convienance place to stay. F'hold, full facilities,the biggest project in the area with 50m pool and tight security guards. Back 2-3rms facing City view and Front 3-4rms facing poolview. Higher standard executives local and expat live here. Quiet and good for rental too. Those who are interested in D13 project or f'hold near MRT should consider One Leicester. Many big project near MRT are 99years not easy to find a f'hold big project near MRT. -
