Probably the Best Commercial Building in D03
Since One Commonwealth TOP around mid 2010, it has attracted a lot of attention! Buyers and tenants are flocking in to take a good look at this place. I would say, people that are coming to view this place is at least 3 times more as compare to other location in district 03. Due to it's strategic location, 1 minute walk to Commonwealth MRT, exits to PIE and AYE only a left or right turn away from Commonwealth Ave, numerous "food" options, it commands a slight premium on the price... the pros out weigh the cons, it's still worth it! With the well known car mart just beside, it has attracted numerous automotive business, selling supercar Ferrari and Lamborghini, continental cars, car decal services and car grooming services too. I think It's worth taking a GOoood look for your next investment option or business location! -
