  Good old school squarish architecture with no

  Good old school squarish architecture with no frills living. Just good living space and great location. Recent psf seems to be on the rise to around $1,300 to $1500. Great potential

  Novena Court is a Gem in a City

  Lived here for 4 year and lucky to get a unit facing inwards. it has the morning sun and plenty of nice breeze. Since the renovation of this building, this development been a hidden Gem in the midst of Novena, minutes from Novena Square and MRT. Gated and generally having very humble and quiet neighbours, I loved being in this development. What we lack in facility, we were spoilt by the convenience and friendly neighbours. I believe the tenants were all carefully screened before let. Nice place to stay! Loved it. Gem in a City.

  Novena court is a nice to stay or rent as amnenities and the mrt station are just within 10-15 mins walk away. However as it is a very old building and the trash dump is just located in open space behind the building, I always find roaches and bugs in my rented flat, notwithstanding ways that I have put in placed to reduce their appearances..other than that the place is ok.

  Great area, but...

  Novena Court is a great area to live in, with MRT, shopping malls and restaurants around it. However, in the unit where I lived in for a year, I had rats in the apartment twice. And we are very clean (we have a Filipina foreign domestic worker with us) and the unit is on the fifth level! Also, in the carpark behind, there were two instances where I discovered human faeces. It was like someone just decided to pass motion in broad daylight (about 4pm). Also, there were instances where objects were thrown from a housing unit to the carpark, These included a half-eaten piece of meat with bone (It wouldn't be fatal but it could cause a dent on your head or car) and a small packet of rice. Check with the management, I am certain they are aware of all these.
