  Nice place with full of 24hr eateries and supermarkets around the apartment condo,great place for peoples who love night life's and never got bored living here,great place for investment and own stay too...although is near to the road but there's no vehicles sound in the apartment itself so funny haha,very quiet in the night,love living here.

  Think before buying or rental

  Condo right smack in the middle of the red-light district, many eateries and salons in the area

  Nice place in the center of Geylang

  Small nice units, small swimming pool, small gym with 3 cardio machines. Grill is broken, but room for outside gatherings is available. Very clean, a lot of hawker centers around. MRT is 7 min away.

  Living in Le Regal

  I rented a place at Le Regal. This is a beautiful place if you don't mind the illegal casinos operating along Lorong 18 Geylang. However, its peaceful within the condo. It so convenient. So near to good food and supermarket. So near to bus stops and the MRT station. Rental is very reasonable. Imaging getting an apartment in a city fringe condo for less than $2,000. This condo has facilities, a reasonable gym and an Olympic sized lap pool ( I mean the lap only, Its so cooling even in Summer. An outstanding place to stay in the city fringe.
