  Great enbloc potential but for living in, there are no facilities except for car park and security.

  Awesome view of the natural greenery & space

  The lakeside apartment is one of the few residential properties in Singapore that can provide such a large space for the occupants. It is 1518 square feet. Besides, it is gifted with the natural facilities such as Chinese Garden and Japanese Garden. You just need to take probably not even up to 5 mins of walk to reach the beautiful Chinese Garden. Such unique facility where it is just located next to the apartment, cannot be provided by other private condominium. I cannot imagine to be able to enjoy such beautiful scene and greenery with the fresh air with my wife in Singapore. In addition, I feel that the propertyguru.sg need to clarify on some information about this apartment. As the owner of this apartment, I know that the lease of this property started from 1977 and not from the construction year of 1970. Besides, as Singapore Government has already make Jurong Lake District to be the largest commercial hub outside city centre, there are many projects to be implemented in this area. In addition, the lakeside will be further developed for greater tourist attraction. I believe this apartment has a great potential for en bloc development due to its unique location to Chinese Garden and Japanese Garden. I recommend this building for : Outdoor & Activities, Families with both children and the elderly, Luxury and prestige, peace & quite life and rare opportunity for Western Expats and Asian Expats.

  In a land of rare space, Lakeside Apartment is one of the few that offers fresh air and supreme view. Located right at the heart of Jurong Lake project, the 2 apartments provide what other projects could not provide, unblocked sight of the lake as well as visibility that stretches no less than 2 km for units of a decent floor. Serene and within 1 km of Lakeside and Chinese Garden MRT, the location smacked right where premier living is set within the next decade, with premier amenities in the pipeline.
