JUNCTION NINE - GEM OF YISHUN RING
For property investors looking for good value strata retail space especailly in view of the ABSD and SSD for residential properties, I think that this is a gem not to be missed. This suburban mall is situated nicely in the midst of HDB flats and just a short drive from the Yishun Industrial estate. It is also nicely placed some distance from Yishun Northpoint, and as such will serve different neeeds of people who want to avoid the crowd in the MRT vicinity. The shops and F & B units are also nice sizes (few shoebox units) with a good mix of larger units to cater to all trades and needs. Best of all, there will be a decent supermarket owner operating on the second level of Junction Nine, which is accessible from an escalator from outside of first level and also from the car park at the second level.
