Property affected by road widening
Deemed one of the last few first generation "mansion"(or shop house) standing within River Valley area, the property was put up for enbloc a few times previously only to be turned down by greedy owners and unrealistic demand on enbloc price. With recent government regulation demanding larger area between road to property to be reserved, the enbloc potential for this property was doomed as there is just not possible for any developer to develope anything viable base on it tiny land size, not to mention the existing property still has road widening restriction being placed on it. The property is now largely being tenanted by foreign workers and foreign female talents from China so to speak. For existing owners to the property, they have missed the boat on any chance to sell on enbloc. -
