  Excellent location within city area

  I've recently toured a unit at Dynasty Garden Court 2, and I was thoroughly impressed. The interior is beautifully designed with a spacious living area, a modern kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The unit feels both elegant and cozy, making it a great place to live. What really stood out to me is the location. Being near the city area, it offers easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. It's incredibly convenient for anyone who wants to be close to the action while enjoying a stylish, comfortable home. I highly recommend checking out Dynasty Garden Court 2!

  283A Dynasty Garden Court 2.

  1. Bus transportation waiting hassle, luckily I got a car. Still 1st come 1st serve basis in parking. 2. No nearby ammenities. 3. Small kitchen. 4. Frequent aircone break down. 5. My parents stay nearby, however still took me 1 week to move in due to the flight of stairs.

  Ppl with vehicle

  1)Bus transportation are bad, eg. 970 to Holland Villand mrt, fastest is 20 mins, raining youll need yo wait 2 hrs. And another 15 mins for travel. Therefore recommend with own transportation. 2) No restaurant or malls within walking distance of 5km.

  Not recommended

  1. Noisy due to nearby construction. 2. Overprice rent. 3. No lift(expensive to move in) 4. Subletting causing complains from no cleaning to aircone issues not bother. 5.small kitchen due to renovated for Co-living.(2 to 3 to 6 rooms).
