  Best Development

  Brand new condo with superb vibe and feel when you enter. Rooftop landscaping is impeccable. Links up all the blocks with BBQ pavillions, resting swings and a magnificent sight of Bukit Timah. 2 Swimming pools and a serene, luxurious feel.

  Unique landscaping near to nature

  Looking for a investment and own stay new launch around Beauty world, Daintree stands out for having one of the most attractive PSF compared to new launches, near to food streets, nature and malls, plus URA masterplan indicate plans for further transformation with 2-3 land sites earmarked for development. Unfortunately rental yield in this area is low ~2% so may not suit investors looking for income, and fully sold when i made enquiries, maybe will come back again when it TOP in 2022.

  Perfect for my active lifestyle

  When I first came to scout for properties, I spent a lot of time checking out the swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and other facilities. I like to stay active, and this was important in picking the right apartment for me and my fiancé. We are tying the knot soon, and I think our new apartment at Daintree will be a welcoming and memorable first house for us.

  Absolutely love it

  I work near Sixth Avenue, which will make my daily commute convenient from the Beauty World MRT station which connects to my new home at Daintree Residence. My folks visit often, hence we had to opt for the 4-bedroom unit instead of the 3-bedder. The good thing is that even though it’s a premium apartment, I didn’t have to shell out too much for the almost 1,500 sq ft unit. The wife and kids are happy and can't wait to move into our new apartment.

  Relatively reasonable pricing wise for district 21. 1 bed room from $900k+ and 4 bed room(1485sf) from $2.4m+. It is a 6 minutes walk to Beauty World MRT station
