Direct sheltered access to Nicoll Highway MRT station, close proximity to Marina area, gardens, parks, eating places, entertainment, vibrant city living -

Planning expansion
I’ve rented an office at City Gate for my import-export business just six months ago and I’m already looking at expanding. It’s been a very lucky period for me since we moved here. Clients can access the office easily and my employees love the location. Travel to work, afternoon lunches, everything is sorted for them. If we sometimes have to come in to work over the weekend, we end the day at the nearby waterfront as a stressbuster. -

Business is doing well
Since there are plenty of offices in the vicinity, I am expecting busy lunch hours at my new restaurant in City Gate. It’s also close to Concourse Skyline. The majority of customers should be from the surrounding area. I usually drive to work as there’s plenty of parking lots here, but City Gate is also well connected by MRT. -

Making good money
I purchased three commercial units at City Gate. I set up a restaurant in one unit and rented out the other two. The area around City Gate is developing quickly, so I’m very bullish about my investment. The Nicoll MRT station is five minutes away and the waterfront is across the road. -
