  Tanjong Rhu comfort

  Camelot By-The-Water is located at Tanjong Rhu, an ideal alcove close to the Stadium so I can get home easily after watching concerts, head to Kallang Basin for water sports, and enjoy the nice jogging and cycling paths. very suitable for outdoorsy people and convenient to take my dogs for a walk.

  Singapore's green south

  the name is very cute, Camelot-By-The-Water like a palace for prince and princess. well, my kids, anyway. myself, I am like the court jester who needs to entertain them when we go for our weekly family walk and kite flying at Marina Barrage :P

  has everything

  abit getting on in years but Camelot-By-The-Water is excellent for its unbeatable location by the water and pcn, stadiums and sports facilities nearby, big shopping malls with all my amenities. can cycle from here to the beach or mrt to eats. within the condo i also like the facilities like tennis court, pool although mantinance takes some time to keep up. nevertheless, my kids enjoy the environment and easy for them as they attend Dunman High Sch in the area. we used to ride our bikes to bay east garden to picnic and watch fireworks during national day. as it's just a short distance away before the MRT was built and lesser ppl.

  Camelot By-The-Water

  with a PSF of $2,077 to $2,095, Camelot By-The-Water and its multi-hyphenated name is actually quite a value buy. given it's a spritely 24 years old. factor in the central yet more quiet location, the Tanjong Rhu MRT station, etcc . spacious units from 226sqm and larger.

  Tanjong Rhu gem

  love this Tanjong Rhu condo. Camelot By The Water is only a short walk from the Marina Barrage really nice breezes and space to cycle or picnic, kids fly kite, Good.

  Good Condo but bad management, bad facility a

  You need to pay for booking a tennis court ($4) per hour. Staffs here not well trained. Some security guard rude. I would say find a better place. It's not worth the price.

  Super cool location

  My aunt lives here and I like visiting her because of its superb location. My aunt also has no complaints living here and is always recommending her friends to consider getting a home here so that she has more company haha

  Great Condo

  Large units in a peaceful area with direct access to parkways, facilities at the stadium and very close to the city.

  Extremely noisy until 2021

  This used to be the best condo on Tanjong Rhu for many years. However, for the past two years, the MRT construction happening right behind the condo has changed things. The construction goes on for 6 days a week, and until late evenings. The noise is quite unbearable, and so is the dust. The construction is expected to go on till 2021. Other than the noise, this is a lovely place to live.
