  Noisy construction area

  Construction never stops during the past few years, I strongly recommend you to know more about the overall planning of any place you are gonna live in

  Inconvenient and Remote

  The entire project will be blocked by the new developments which are 40th storey high. Quiet but inconvenient and AYE and West Coast Rd always jammed

  Constructions starting December 2016

  There has been a construction of a new flyover across west coast highway (south of Botannia), and still ongoing. Also, on the AYE side (north of Botannia), there will be a new construction for condo - two 36 story residential development plus other facilities -- from December 2016. The construction vehicles will be in and out right in front of Botannia (West Coast Vale). Lots of noise and dust are expected next few years.

  Tranquil Living Environment

  This is definitely the best project in West Coast Area with freehold tenure. Lots of greenery within the condo and ideal for families and professionals who appreciate quiet and serene environment. Spacious units which are extremely rare in mass market developments these days. (compare the sizes to J Gateway and The Trillinq). good quality fittings from hansgrohe and easy access to Jurong Lake District.

  Botannia

  This is a 493 unit condo with leasehold 956 years, well almost feels like freehold. It is easy to access to it when one is coming in from direction of AYE. But when one is coming in from Tuas, then once will have to enter through Jurong Town Hall Road, a little longer. Nice facilities and landscape.

  Perfect environment to call home

  The Botannia estate is huge. There are areas for tranquility, and areas to mingle with friends. With a high density of trees in close proximity in the estate, Botannia's landscape is truly breathtaking. There are also various species of birds living amongst the trees in the estate, and enjoy the beautiful chirping of birds. It is definitely a place for nature lovers. Also a family oriented and friendly environment, families and kids gather in common areas to mingle and play. Western and asian expats take self arranged outdoor yoga classes together.

  over priced

  A bit too noisy at times. Neighbor's dogs barking, loud parties...Unreasonable landlords asking for high rentals. Future temple to be constructed right in front of the gym.

  Remote location

  Good facilities and 999yr but location is too much remote. Layouts are good but fittings are very "mass market". Few public transports in the vicinity, very inconvenient unless you have a car. The location makes it quite difficult to find good tenants as well, rentals are going slightly down over the last year In the same price range, there are condos offering much better convenience, same or better build quality and far better potential for rental or resale.
