Beautiful but not practical
Small pool, issues with the pool pump, broken common area terrace deck, and broken playground. Unpractical unit; floor limestone is staining and very fragile which makes it unpractical if the landlord is demanding to keep it in perfect condition, the bathroom marble also stains with water and shower gel/shampoo contact, the basement area is very humid and creating mould, the living/dining is relatively small, the 2 top floor rooms are too small, many nearby houses are under development creating noise and dust. Central and well connected via public transport: Bus 5 mins, Newton 15-18 mins. Traffic jam to be expected. Nearby greeneries. Walking distance to ACS Barker. Nearby and walking distance to Cold Storage. -
