  Hidden Gem of Balestier Point

  small and compact, this designer building ahead of its time is known as "the building with the durian stall infront". do take a closer look at the architecture, and variety of shops that include a mini mart, amulet and antique stores, massage and even delicious viet food. Balestier Point is indeed a hidden gem in this part of Singapore.

  Drive safely in carpark

  Balestier Point is in a good centralish location with many nice eating places nearby. Just be a bit careful when driving into the carpark as it is kinda steep, especially so for lower cars. this is to be expected as it is 1988. entry to carpark is from the road adjacent to Hotel 81.

  eyecatching iconic building!

  what a unique cubist layout Balestier Point has! you definitely will not miss it when driving past! mixed development with residential and commercial units below so very convenient at city fringe location. one of the distinctive buildings in Balestier with reasonable rental prices.
