Great City Fringe Location
Small project tucked at the end of the road makes it very peaceful but abit hard to location on your first visit. Class up a notch when it actually sit in Sims area and opposites are 2 condo projects that sold above $2000 psf for 99LH while Arscphere is FH. Limited parking lots is one of the down side if you drive. Private lift access is very cool. Can built loft for high ceiling. Hawker center is just 2 blocks away and Aljunied MRT is just 10 min walk away or 2 bus stop away. Overall, the location, freehold, high ceiling and private lift are the main selling point. At night the building area is well lit up too. Not like those B1 gloomy look. Arscphere is definitely classier. -

High class B1 building with many cameras and
Private lift, 5 min walk from mrt, many cheap food within 100-300m range including a hawker center. Opposite high end Penrose condo with is asking for more $2000+ psf. 10-15 min drive to Suntec City, MBS, Raffles City, Marina Square, City Hall, Bugis, Paya Lebar, Serangoon etc. Almost next to the heart of the city. -

Arcsphere
Exclusive units with private lift. Opposite condos. Next to bus stop and 5 min walk from mrt. 3 min walk to hawker center. Only down sides are no full shelter walkway from mrt. Limited carpark lots inghe building but many public carparks nearby. -
