  High density overcrowded with pool in middle

  Location is ideal but this condo is overcrowded with units facing one another with a pool in the middle. And the seaview which a lot of agents claim to have is overexaggerated. I went to see one unit which the agent claim to have good seaview but the seaview is like stacked between 2 buildings. And for the price it’s really not worth it.

  The distance to the MRT(250m), the beach (400m) and the million dollar city and sea view up at the Stratoshpere gives this development an edge over many others which I have view. The luxurious host services provided by the management adds to the quality of life living at Amber Park.

  The best condo in East coast

  Beautiful condo with incredible management and facilities.. 3 min walk from the beach while convenient location

  The terrace garden has my heart

  Amber Park has a beautiful terrace garden design that connects the different blocks. The condo units open up to offer sea views. From my apartment, I really enjoy the morning sea breeze which energises the senses. The quality of materials used are very good, and the space is also thoughtfully planned out. A range of amenities are nearby including malls, schools and healthcare facilities. I can’t find one thing wrong with Amber Park.

  Amber park is awesome

  I plan to live at Amber Park for many years to come. I owned two 2-bedroom condos in the city which I sold, and got a good property loan to purchase the huge 6-bedroom apartment here. The views of the sea are amazing and the floor plan is so unique, it just makes the apartment stand out. We’ve got a large family and both me and my wife’s parents visit often. Amber Park’s clubhouse does not just add to the list of amenities, it’s actually functional.

  Best in D15

  Comparing with other new launches along East coast park, I feel this is the best one. Near sea, 300m to MRT, freehold, CDL and SCDA architects branded.
