  Excellent location near to Serangoon MRT

  About 12-15mins walk to Serangoon MRT(Exit A) and NEX shopping mall. Less than 5mins walk to nearby coffeeshop. Nearby direct bus 133 to Suntec(40mins peak hour) Many direct buses to Bugis/Chinatown etc Spacious living room and bedrooms. Quite environment not near busy road.

  Quite a hidden gem considering that it is a freehold property that’s only 9 minute walk to Serangoon MRT station, and last transacted at around $1,050 psf for a bed room unit in 2017.

  Hidden jewel in Serangoon

  A nice quiet cul de sac condo nestled at Eden Grove, within a 5-minute walk to Serangoon MRT or Woodleigh MRT. Stroll to Nex Mall, the largest heartland mall or chow down at Chomp Chomp nearby. Take the CTE closeby to get to city, only 6km away or hop on the NE mrt line that takes you past all the touristy spots like Mustafa, Clarke Quay, Chinatown and Vivocity. I am most certain it will break the $1,000 psf soon like the rest of the condos nearby.
