Great place for singles or couples residence.
This Apartment is best recommended for couple and young family staying. Condo facilities are sufficient with the gym and indoor pool. Amenity nearby like the PLQ and Kinex mall or just mins of walk away. Park connector is also nearby for those active people. MCST are responsive and approachable. Guards are cleaners are maintaining good security and cleanliness of the building. -

Problematic agents and management
The unit was small and compact but had everything we needed. Unfortunately the management and in particular the agents handling the unit were nothing but hassle. -

1 plus study unit
Bathroom & Open kitchen take centrestage, leaving 3 segmented areas which allows approximately 1m or less ‘movable’ space after putting in basic minimal furniture. Wide AC ledge results in Small Bedroom which fits a 90cm built-in wardrobe and tight squeeze for Q-size bed. Open kitchen in the Living area. Highly impractical to cook heavy meals which will have the whole unit smelling of food, despite diligent usage of the hood. Some neighbours use a fan to blow food fumes out to common corridor or cook with their door wide open. Result : Wind along corridor blows fumes into other units and you come home to ‘TRAPPED’ food fumes in your unit… Fried shallots, fried chicken, Garlic etc. So, be prepared to spend time to clear air in your unit and wash/wipe fabric items that retained the oily residue. Intense food fumes transforms common corridor to ‘Food street’, occurs randomly at different timings but is most intense during weekends. Condo. Manager (CM) stand is he can only send advisory letter. No further action can be taken as the occupiers are entitled to cook however they like in their unit, even without using hood and even with door wide open. Perhaps Sound proofing issue : Will experience sudden noise disturbances whenever the unit above drag their furniture, screech chairs, heavy setting of items on floor. Within your unit, you can only SHOUT out your displeasure, especially after 10pm. CM’s stand : Such noise occurs in all units, noise travels ; not able to trace source of noise. Graded ‘ D ‘ by Singapore Police Force in the Annual Security Agencies Grading exercise. Constant change of guards. CM states he has no control over quality of Security guards. Perhaps the units facing landed properties will be a better choice: more privacy, better ventilation and less noise from other condominiums in this densely built-up area. -
