  good mix of residents and passers-by

  the shophouse at 14 Flanders Square is in Singapore's sought-after District 8, close to residential units, shopping malls, integrated properties, and close to the MRT station and a lot of connectivity. good investment with high potential: easy access and mix of passers-by, office crowd, and people who stay here.

  storied past, bright future

  Flanders Square used to be known last time as the red light district in Farrer Park area but now it's all scrubbed clean and the quaint units here now become perfect shophouses for bustling businesses with stylish decor to fill our tummies. indeed a lively lane now with good foot traffic!
