  Hello, I'm Leonard from Untold by Atlas, a local creative agency, writing to you on behalf of our client, a luxury cognac brand. We are currently planning for our next event happening in Jan - Feb 2024 or Apr 2024, where we will be having a month-long pop-up that will be opened to the public. We would like to enquire about the availability of the level 1 spaces at The Quadrant for this. Will you be able to let us know on the availability of spaces from 8 Jan - 4 Feb 2024 and Apr 2024 along with the rate for 4 weeks rental and 6 weeks rental please? Can we also check if we are able to get a lower rate for setup and teardown days?
 At this moment we have quite limited information as we are still in the early stage of planning but please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
