  Probably a better question for a loan officer, but thought I would just ask. If I want to buy a $1.8 - $2MM condo and have $400k for the down payment, are the SG banks generally open to a $100k personal loan to bridge the down payment for the 75% LTV? For background, I'll be a US expat that has been to SG before (as a renter). I'll be coming with a salary that will easily accommodate paying the mortgage and the personal loan. Have you heard of this happening before? Are there any other options that a buyer could consider? Thanks!

  Parc rosewood development > Is it worth buying the 2 bedroom or 1 bedder? I'm buying it for my own stay and i'm single. Too many one bedder making it very hard to resell. Recent transaction for 1 bedder is $488k.

  Realise that only the smaller units are selling fast. bigger units especially penthouse units have lots of left over. dnt know if developer are giving out more discount or cutting the prices to attract buyer. may consider getting a 2 bedroom penthouse if price is attractive or given better discount than initial launch.
