Tenant can request for up to two sets of office table (with cabinet) and chair at no cost to them. These shall remain as the landlord’s property after their tenancy ends.

Note that the above room sizes are approx, based on the measurements provided by the renovation contractor, and these measurements may not be accurate.

Valkyrie, Valour, Vantage & Valhalla will each have one carpark lot.

Tenants can rent for a minimum of 3 months however a security deposit of 1 month’s rent is required regardless of the rent duration.
