Asia Square Tower 2

Asia Square Tower 2, located along Marina View at Marina Bay in Singapore, is a twin-tower mixed-use development that will comprise 2 million square feet of grade A office space, a 280-room five-star hotel, 60,000 square feet of retail space and 'The Cube', a 100,000 square foot open public space used for networking or relaxing with a regular programme of exhibitions and performances. The development is currently under construction and will be completed in 2013. Asia Square Tower 2 will feature 46 floors with the hotel occupying the 32nd to 46th floors. The retail space within Asia Square Tower 2 will be located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The development will enjoy direct frontage onto the Central Linear Park, a public open park linking Marina Boulevard to Straits Boulevard. Asia Square Tower 2 is located in close proximity to two existing MRT stations (Raffles Place and Marina Bay) and will be linked underground to the future Downtown MRT Station along the Downtown Line.
