I’ve been in real estate for almost 10 years but property has been part of my life for much longer than that.

Both my parents have been in the industry for decades, and growing up, I often followed them to view houses. That was probably where my interest in homes first began — long before I ever thought of making it my career

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 200 clients and families with their property journeys, across HDBs, condos and landed homes, and through very different stages of life.

And one thing I’ve learnt is that property is rarely just about the property itself

It could be a first home, a growing family needing more space, an upgrader planning the next move, an investor building towards the future, or simply a move that comes because life has changed.

That’s why I’ve always felt that this job is very personal.

“Property is rarely just about the property itself.”

A top producing realtor with his finger on the pulse of the city, Edwin Sia’s talent for negotiating deals is matched only by his tireless work ethic and integrity. Going beyond the traditional buy/sell/rent model, Edwin approaches real estate as a partnership, where he acts as a consultant for the long run based on your life goals. He has served hundreds of clients in their real estate journey, working with homeowners, commercial clients, tenants, and first-time buyers looking for their starter or forever homes. Edwin is currently ranked as one of the top realtors in PropNex, attaining the coveted Platinum Achiever Award within a year of joining.

A world traveller and passionate backpacker, Edwin has always had a keen interest in communities and the psychology of neighbourhoods, giving him an intuitive sense of each new place he scopes out. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Edwin had extensive experience as a business controller and real estate credit analyst, having worked in banking and shipping industries across Singapore and Germany. His speciality is in navigating multiple stakeholders from international, diverse backgrounds within high pressure, rapidly changing environments, a skill which he wields to great effect in the ever-morphing real estate industry today.

Clients appreciate his versatility and dedication. In 2020, he leveraged the latest technologies to pivot rapidly to video marketing, Zoom viewings, as well as 360 and 3D virtual tours during the global pandemic, providing a reassuring presence to his clients as the industry abruptly transitioned to a digital landscape. Edwin is able to navigate complex real estate problems and provide solutions through a combination of innovation and intimate knowledge of the marketplace, and has a track record of clinching attractive deals in spite of competing offers, even in the commercial sector. A highlight in his real estate career was helping a client offload a stigmatised property at the prevailing market rate within a week of obtaining the listing - not only for the record sale, but for how significantly the sale impacted the client during a difficult time in her life.

Edwin is a strong believer in constant, lifelong, and diverse learning. Since graduating from Nanyang Technological University (B.A. Economics, Dean’s Lister) in 2015, he has become something of a seminar addict, having attended classes both for personal and professional enrichment in Singapore Landed Mastery, Architecture and Interior Design, and Residential Feng Shui, among others. Most recently, he has gotten his WSET certificate in Wine and Spirits Education, and is proud to be able to recommend you the best glass of vino to celebrate your new home.
