I advise on investment sales involving commercial/mixed-use real estate in Singapore. Over the past five years, as a directly mandated agent, I have personally advised on transactions in excess of S$200 million.
My career began in 2021, embarking on my brokerage journey while matriculating into a full time BBA (Finance) major at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Despite maintaining this dual commitment from 2021 through 2024, I successfully brokered over S$100 million in investment sales as an undergraduate. This foundational experience has naturally guided my career toward higher-level advisory roles in addition to brokerage.
Building on this foundation, my role has evolved in 2025 toward advisory and capital-aligned engagements. I specialise in assets where pricing is not obvious such as conservation shophouses, and properties with repositioning needs. In these situations, I move beyond brokerage to act as a strategic end to end partner. This approach has consistently generated value, delivering significant returns for my clients.

My approach is grounded in real-time market intelligence, strict confidentiality, and a long-term perspective on value, with the objective of not only achieving record outcomes, but ensuring they are repeatable and aligned with capital realities.
