I've been the tenant, the buyer, the industrial property owner and the landlord. Today, I help business owners and investors find the right industrial spaces.
I'm Winson Yeung, and I focus on industrial property in Singapore, for buying, selling and leasing.
Before property, I spent more than 10 years running my own online businesses in internet marketing and e-commerce. So when a business owner comes to me, I don't start by sending listings. I start by understanding the business:

- How much space makes sense?
- What's your budget?
- Are you renting for now, or buying for the long term?
I bought industrial property myself before becoming an agent, and I'm a landlord today. I know what it's like on the other side: comparing units, negotiating, committing, and managing the property afterwards.
