I came from a humble background and learned early on the value of hard work, responsibility, and resilience. During Covid, I made one of the biggest decisions in my life — stepping out of my comfort zone and entering the real estate industry with no shortcuts, connections, or fancy background.
Since then, I’ve built my business through consistency, authenticity, and a strong belief that property decisions should be based on real numbers, not hype.
Today, I focus on helping buyers and sellers make smarter property decisions through data, supply & demand analysis, and honest advice — even if it means losing a commission. I believe property is one of the biggest financial decisions someone can make, and people deserve clarity instead of pressure.
Over the years, I’ve built my content and business by sharing real market insights, conducting live property analysis, and helping everyday Singaporeans better understand what truly makes a property valuable beyond just marketing.
