Before real estate, I competed as a professional gamer and served as a firefighter. Both experiences shaped the way I work today, staying disciplined, thinking strategically, and making calm decisions under pressure.

Whether it is upgrading from an HDB, buying a private home, restructuring property assets, or planning towards retirement, my focus is to give clear and practical advice based on your goals, CPF position, finances, and long-term plans.
I also work closely with clients buying and selling landed homes. From pricing and positioning to marketing and negotiation, I believe every property should have a clear strategy behind it.
