Mark comes to the real estate industry armed with strong commercial banking experience drawn from a long and illustrious career with prestigious international and local banks. His clients range from the corporates (publicly listed and private), business owners (SMEs and Middle-Market), HNWIs and non-profit organisations, based in Singapore as well as those parented overseas.

Mark provides a well-rounded advisory guidance and insights into all aspects of a real estate transaction. He has strong knowledge in commercial, industrial and residential real estate financing in Singapore. Drawing from his banking experience, contacts and strengths of Brilliance Capital, he has the added advantage of connecting his clients to his local and international network of trusted advisers/partners in finance, government agencies, real estate, legal, tax, valuation and construction.

In the last 12 months, some of the notable deals he has closed successfully includes properties at premium developments such as Citipoint@Paya Lebar, Enterprise Industrial Building, Woods Square and Amtech Building.
