I am Lucas Ang, a real estate consultant with ERA Realty Network and the holder of an MSc in Asset and Wealth Management from Nanyang Business School. Before real estate I spent over a decade building and advising, from a Silicon Valley start-up to private wealth management. I bring that lens to every property: not just what it costs today, but what it does for a family or a business over twenty years.

My focus is landed and luxury homes and commercial properties in Singapore, and I work with every client the same way. We start with the numbers: your current holdings, your financing position, the market data for the street or the building, and the stamp duty, GST and loan rules that apply to you. Then we decide. Selling, buying, leasing, upgrading, right-sizing or holding for the next generation, the decision comes before the listing.
