Most people I work with are selling one home to buy the next. HDB to condo, condo to something larger, or landed to a right-sized condo that frees up capital. That sequencing is what I do.
The sale decides everything else. Price it wrong or time it badly, and the purchase you actually want stops being affordable. So I start there: a realistic valuation, a clear view of who your buyers are, and a plan for how the sale and the purchase line up without leaving you exposed in between.
How I work
I spent 8 years in banking and finance, most recently as an Investment Advisor, before moving into property. I hold an MSc in Asset & Wealth Management from Nanyang Business School and I'm a certified Asset Progression Strategist. That background means I model your move on numbers: affordability, cash flow, timeline and holding power, rather than a hunch about where the market is going.
You'll get a written property report before any decision is made. What your current home is realistically worth, what the next step costs after duties and fees, and what happens to your position if things move against you.
I'll also share you when the answer is to stay put. Not every upgrade improves your position, and I'd rather keep a client for fifteen years than push a transaction that only works on paper.
Alongside residential, I handle commercial. I've done sales, leasing and tenancy.
If you're weighing up a move and want a straight read on the numbers, drop me a message and we'll sort out a coffee.
