Hi, I’m Gek Keng (GK), a Singapore real estate professional with 14 years of experience in the property industry since 2012.
I graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Before entering real estate, I worked as an engineer with several MNC semiconductor companies, including a year working in Germany. My corporate and overseas experience has given me a broader perspective and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Over the years, I have handled transactions involving HDBs, EC, condominiums and landed properties, covering both sales and rentals. I also specialise in helping homeowners with asset progression, including upgrading from HDB to an EC or condominium.
Whether you are buying your first home, selling your property, upgrading, investing or looking for a rental, I can guide you through the entire process — from understanding your requirements and finding the right property, to negotiating, making an offer and completing the transaction.
My goal is simple: to provide clear, practical advice and help you make informed property decisions with confidence.
