Real People. Real Estate. Real Results.
We are a husband and wife team specialized in advising busy professionals and families on their portfolios mainly in Condo & Landed segment. Our approach is measured and structured, so you can decide with clarity rather than pressure.
Keith began on the developer side of the business at one of Singapore’s top local landed development firms. There he wore both hats. As the buyer, he assessed land for acquisition, working through land cost, construction cost and the technical constraints on what a site could become.
As the seller, he brought the finished homes to market, working closely with builders and architects and negotiating directly with homeowners on their needs for such luxury landed homes. Having sat on both sides of the table, he knows how every home is created, costed and priced, and what the other party is really weighing in on.
His clients lean on that vantage point to spot value and red flags early, and to acquire and exit on stronger terms than the market alone would give them. He was the top salesperson at his previous firm, transacting over $60 million in landed homes in his first year, and pairs all of this with a background in finance and economics.
Rachel came to real estate from clinical work as a specialist at a leading medtech firm, where she supported cardiologists and surgical teams with heart devices in the operating theatre. That kind of work teaches you to listen carefully, notice what is not being said, and get every detail right when the outcome matters.
She brings the same attentiveness to clients weighing new and resale condominiums, along with a methodical, numbers first approach to evaluating investment potential. Her years in healthcare and biotech also left her with a wide circle of friends and clients across MNC leadership, many of whom she now helps with their own property decisions.
As practitioners, we also own property ourselves, one new launch and one resale, and have been through several rounds of buying and selling as a family. So when a client asks whether it is safe to upgrade, or whether to stretch a little for the better unit, we are not answering from theory.
Many clients come to us for their first private home seeking our expertise. While others are moving into developments with better long term demand, or thinking about the right time to optimize.
Whichever the stage, we look 5 to 15 years ahead and tell you realistically what fits, what deserves more thought, and when the best move is to simply wait a while.
Many families we work with have stayed with us from their first purchase through to upgrading and planning the next one, which is the part we enjoy most.
If you would like a second opinion, even just to think out loud about your options, we are always happy to hear from you.
