Justin Yeo is an Associate Branch Director at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, where he leads a growing team across residential, commercial and investment sales. He mentors associates in building client relationships, managing transactions and developing their professional skills.
With more than two decades of experience in financial services, local and overseas real estate, and professional training, Justin brings a broad perspective to property decisions. His experience covers risk management, property-focused portfolio planning and the full property lifecycle, from due diligence and acquisition to asset enhancement and exit planning.
Justin is a certified Associate Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and the State Courts since 2013. He is also a certified Family Mediator on SMC’s panel and has mediated numerous commercial and family matters administered by SMC and the courts. He became an SMC Senior Associate Trainer in 2019 and serves on its assessment panel for the accreditation of new Associate Mediators.
Justin is a Certified Family Office Advisor through Wealth Management Institute, having completed both the Foundation and Advanced courses. The programme is accredited by The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF). He was also accredited as a Chartered Financial Planner in 2012, attained ACTA certification in 2015, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (2004).
His approach is built on active listening, understanding different priorities and helping people make clear, considered decisions.
