Upon graduating with honours from The University of Melbourne (Economics & Finance) in 2014, Jarryl has worked for major international and local banks under their coveted wholesale banking segment, dealing directly with corporate owners and their respective executive officers.

Rising up the ranks through a myriad of functions, Jarryl was a strategy associate to the Commercial Bank’s Chief-of-Staff office before he progressed into the core lending business as a credit origination analyst. He subsequently moved to the coverage team for Real Estate Developers as a business associate. By 2019, he was promoted to manage his own portfolio of corporate clientele under the consumer goods coverage, and was notably one of the youngest business managers in the front office.

Jarryl’s pivot into the property industry aligns with his banking experience as real estate has always been the traditional collateral for financing facilities. His foundation in economics together with a thorough understanding of how financiers evaluate and take on risk allow his clients to look through multiple lens in order to make prudent decisions in their asset acquisitions and disposals.
