With 6 years of experience in Singapore's real estate industry, I have built my practice around a simple belief: good property advice goes beyond buying or selling. It is about understanding people, their aspirations and what they hope to achieve in the long run.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to build a fulfilling career in real estate, earning recognition among ERA Singapore's top-performing agents. I was ranked 108th in 2024 and 150th in 2025, among more than 9,000 real estate professionals.
Before entering real estate, my professional journey took me through 7 years in business and corporate banking, 2 years in mortgage financing and my own entrepreneurial venture. Each experience has given me a different perspective — from understanding financial structures and business decisions to appreciating the importance of relationships, trust and taking ownership of the work I do.
I take a holistic approach to property advisory. Rather than simply recommending properties, I believe in understanding each client's overall financial position, lifestyle needs, priorities and future plans before exploring suitable options. Through comprehensive consultations, I aim to help clients see the bigger picture, understand their choices and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
I enjoy looking at the broader market landscape, identifying opportunities and thinking ahead, while paying equal attention to the finer details that matter. I believe a good advisor should be able to connect the dots, anticipate potential challenges and guide clients through both the opportunities and considerations involved in a property decision.
Beyond knowledge and experience, I place great importance on sincerity and personal service. I am someone who listens, takes time to understand and believes in being honest with my advice. I want my clients to feel comfortable sharing their concerns, asking questions and knowing that their interests genuinely matter to me.
For me, the relationship does not end when a transaction is completed. I value the trust built along the way and hope to be someone my clients can continue to turn to for advice in the years ahead.
