Before entering the profession, I had already gained substantial hands-on experience in property acquisition, sale, leasing, investment management and business operations across a range of asset types in Singapore and overseas.
My experience includes condos apartment, landed properties, B1 industrial premises, offices, medical suites, shophouses, foreign worker dormitories and hospitality assets. I have also managed leasing, contract reviews, regulatory applications and property-related negotiations across Singapore, Hong Kong, China and London.
I also have experience in MOM FEDA applications and dormitory leasing.
My background further includes nearly seven years with an BCA graded A2/B1 main contractor, covering finance, HR, procurement, contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, tender support, project coordination, close-out accounts and defect management.
This combination of property, construction, hospitality and cross-border experience allows me to approach each transaction from a practical and well-rounded perspective. I aim to provide clear, balanced guidance and make the process as smooth and positive as possible for all my clients.
